Bailey was an Academic All-Region/All-Conference for the Huskies in 1992-93, and won the Dale Glover Defensive Award in 1992-93. He is the only hold-over from HBU’s 1988-89 team when he redshirted. He is the son of former HBU basketball player, and Hall of Honor recipient, Rick Bailey (1964-67).
