Gregory was an All-Region player in 2003, and he was a two-time All-Red River Athletic Conference player for the Huskies. He was the offensive player of the year both seasons. Gregory has the most hits in a single game with 6, and he had the second most runs batted in the same game against Schreiner in 2002. Gregory had a .420 batting average in 2002 with 21 doubles and 69 runs batted in. Gregory is one of three people in the .400 club with a career .410 batting average. He is also tied for ninth all-time in career doubles with 39, and is eighth all-time with 10 triples.
