Hall of Honor
Sherill Hadrick played on the women’s basketball team from 2002-06, earning All-America honors in 2004 and 2006. She ranks seventh all-time in scoring with 1,315 points, fourth in rebounds with 974 and is tied for 13th in assists with 189. Hadrick was a two-time All-Red River Athletic Conference in 2004 and 2006 and earned academic all-conference honors in 2006. She holds the school record for blocked shots in a single game with 10 against Texas College on March 4, 2006, and during that game became the first, and still, only HBU player to record a triple-double, adding 12 points and 16 rebounds. Hadrick scored a career-high 30 points, which is tied for 10th all-time at HBU, against Texas College on January 5, 2004.
