He ranks ninth all-time with 14 assists, setting the school record with 0.70 assists per game. On the single-season records list, he ranks third with 48 points, third in points per game (2.40), fourth in goals (17), fifth in goals per game (0.85), second in assists (14) and assists per game (0.70), second in shots (96) and fifth in shots per game (4.80), and is tied for the record with 20 games started in a single season.
After his playing career, Serralta has been an ambassador for soccer in the Houston area.
