Emmer was an All-National Tournament player in 2002, the Region Newcomer of the Year in 2002, the Newcomer of the Year in 2002, the Region Player of the Year in 2003, the Conference Player of the Year in 2003, and the team MVP in 2003. She was a two-time all-American, and a two-time Setter of the Year. She holds the record for most assists in a match with 80 against Lubbock Christian in 2003. Emmer has the fourteenth highest digs in a season with 511 in 2002, and the two highest assists total in a single season with 1,998 in 2002, and 1,920 in 2003. She has the sixth highest number of assists in her career with 3,918.
