Benny Agosto was a four-year letterwinner as a goalkeeper on the men’s soccer team from 1981-84 and also coached two seasons from 1989-90. He is HBU’s all-time leader with 18 shutouts, while ranking second in with a .833 save percentage, 220 saves and sixth with 4.78 saves per game. Agosto also holds the HBU single-season record with 137 saves in 1983 an average of 6.85 per game, which ranks second all-time. He holds three of the top 10 single-season save percentages, setting the Huskies’ record with a .957 save percentage by stopping 22 of 23 shots in 1981, ranking second with an .886 mark in 1984 and 10th at .815 in 1983.
