Taylor Franzman is expected to start for the Huskies (5-14) and is 0-1 with a 5.19 ERA, 11 strikeouts and six walks in 17.1 innings.
Junior first baseman
Johnny Gonzales is hitting .338 with six home runs, two triples, two home runs, 10 RBIs and 10 runs, while senior leftfielder
Anthony Jones is hitting .304 with two doubles, a triple, two home runs, 11 RBIs and 10 runs for HBU. Junior third baseman
Trent Franson is batting .263 with two doubles, a triple, three RBIs and nine runs and junior centerfielder
Chase Talbot has a pair of homers, six RBIs and 10 runs.
The Roadrunners (8-12) are likely to start righthander A.G. Yowell, who will be making his first start, after only one previous appearance this year.
Dylan Rock is hitting .408 with eight doubles, a triple, 13 RBIs and 15 runs and Bryan Arias is hitting .319 with six doubles, a home run, eight RBIs and 15 runs for UTSA. Nick Thornquist is batting .273 with a pair of home runs, 11 RBIs and 10 runs.
The Huskies return to action when they hit the road for a three-game non-conference series against Tulane Friday through Sunday in New Orleans.
