th after carding 158 each. Paxton shot a 78 in today's round after shooting 80 in yesterday's round. Kile shot 79 in both rounds, while Cantu shot 77 in today's round to add to her 81 from yesterday's round. Junior
Caitlyn Cassity tied for 32
nd place with a total of 159 after her scores of 78 and 81.
The Huskies shot a team total of 620 for their fifth place title. They scored a total of 311 in the first round and a total of 309 in today's final round.
Murray State's Delaney Howson took the first place title individually with a total of 140 after shooting 66 and 74 in both rounds. Jacksonville State's Anne Kathrin Albrecht followed behind by just three strokes to secure her second place title. Austin Peay State's Jessica Cathey totaled 147 after her scores of 71 and 76 in both rounds. Tying with Mulkey was Austin Peay State's Rachel Deaton.
Jacksonvile State won the team title with an overall score of 607, while Murray State fell short by one stroke for a second place title. Eastern Kentucky secured third place with a team total of 609, followed by Belmont University with a total of 617 for fourth place.
The Huskies return to action Monday, Oct. 28 as they begin the UAB Beach Bash Invitational in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
