MONROE, La. - The HCU women's golf team returns to action on Monday and Tuesday at the ULM Invitational, hosted by Louisiana Monroe at Bayou DeSiard Country Club in Monroe, Louisiana.
The two-day event will feature 36 holes on Monday followed by the final 18 holes on Tuesday. The Huskies will compete in a Division I field that includes UAB, UT Arlington, UTRGV, Troy, Arkansas State, Little Rock and host ULM among others.
HCU's lineup will consist of senior
Alejandra Ferrer from Queretaro, Mexico, senior
Hailey Hendershott out of Paris, Ontario in Canada, sophomore
Alyssa Stewart from Mansfield, freshman
Sara Pihlajamaki out of Nokia, Finland and sophomore
Ploy Makmanee from Nonthaburi, Thailand. Freshman
Serena Churchill from Chiangmai, Thailand will compete as an individual.
The Huskies are scheduled to tee off Monday morning with first-round play beginning at 9 a.m.
Following the ULM Invitational, HCU will travel to San Marcos, Texas to compete in the Southland Conference Championship from April 13-15. The three-day event will mark the postseason for the Huskies as they compete for a conference title.
