Buller singled through the left side to put runners on the corners, and sophomore centerfielder Jake Gonzalez brought Pfuntner home with a groundout to short.
The Bobcats tied the game in the fourth on Kubitka's solo home run to right-center and took the lead in the fifth as Andrew Stumph led off with a single to left, Cory Falvey beat out a double-play ball, then stole second. Christian Gallegos' single up the middle brought home the go-ahead run.
Buller tied up the game with a solo homer, his eighth of the season, to left in the eighth inning.
The Huskies return home to host Northern Colorado in a four-game Great West Conference series Friday through Sunday at Husky Field. Friday's opener is set for a 2 p.m. first pitch, and live audio and live stats are available on HBUHuskies.com.
