KISSIMMEE, Fla. – Houston Baptist shut out Hartford, 6-0, then dropped a 4-2 decision to Siena to conclude play at the Rebel Spring Games Friday.
The Huskies got the day off to a good start, as senior Sara Corcoran blasted a pair of home runs and freshman Kendall Stiefel picked up the win over the Hawks.
Against Siena, sophomore Kate Maddock homered, while senior Jammie Weidert took the loss.

The Huskies return to action when they host Texas Southern in a doubleheader Tuesday at 2 p.m. The games were rescheduled from a rainout on March 5.
