2010 All-Great West Conference First Team

2011 (Senior): Appeared in and started 58 games, hitting .206...her nine home runs led the team and her eight doubles were tied for third-most...her 36 RBI led the Huskies...had 35 hits and walked a team-most 24 times.

2010 (Junior): Started in 45 games as a junior with a batting average of .244…started the first five games of the year batting .500 and had a string later in the season with three home runs in four games…third on the team with 31 hits, tied for third on the team with five doubles and led the squad with seven home runs…second on the team with 19 RBI…second on the team among position players with a .968 fielding percentage…named Great West First Team All-Conference.

2009 (Sophomore): Played in and started 39 games with a batting average of .264…led the team with 11 doubles and also had 11 RBI…was tops on the team with a .330 on-base percentage.

2008 (Freshman): Appeared in 24 games, starting 22…batting average of .232…recorded 13 hits, two doubles, one triple and three home runs…posted a slugging percentage of .464.

High School: Helped Boerne win the 4A State Championship as a senior with fellow Husky Kaitlin Southerland…three-time All-District honoree…named two-time Best Defensive Player…earned Academic All-District honors as a senior…named to All-State Tournament as a senior…batted .346 with 10 home runs, four triples and seven doubles as a senior.

Personal: Full name is Sara Alysse Corcoran....majoring in kinesiology with an English minor...born on Feb. 8, 1989 in San Antonio, Texas...daughter of Bill and Jana Corcoran...has two sisters, Caty and Emily...enjoys reading, shopping, hanging out with friends, hunting and fishing.
