Edouard Lecrivain ran his quarterfinal 800 meters while
Dadrian Calhoun and
Josh Gillis-Harry had their turn in the men's triple jump on Friday at E.B. Cushing Stadium in the NCAA West First Round.
Lecrivain, who advanced to the 800m quarterfinals, after Wednesday's prelims, finished his heat in 1:50.96 and placed 24
th.
Meanwhile, the sophomore duo of
Josh Gillis-Harry and
Dadrian Calhoun competed in the triple jump. Gillis-Harry leapt to a top distance of 15.59m/51-1.75 to place 24
th overall while Calhoun recorded a top mark of 14.92m/48-11.50, finishing 38
th.
