Johnny Gonzales has a six-game hitting streak and is leading the Southland Conference hitting .552 with five doubles, a home run, a triple, five RBIs and seven runs for the Huskies (2-6). Junior catcher
Todd Jackson is hitting .333 with a home run, two RBIs and four runs and junior outfielder
Ryne Edmondson has hit safely in five straight, batting .269 with three doubles, five RBIs and three runs. Junior third baseman
Jake Miller has reached safely in seven-straight games and is hitting .250 with a double, two runs and two RBIs.

Junior lefthander
Austin Spinney (0-2, 8.68 ERA) is expected to start for HBU. He threw three shutout innings in relief against Ball State Friday, before allowing a pair of runs in the 11th inning to take the loss.

Zach DeLoach is hitting .609 with four home runs, three doubles, 11 RBIs and 16 runs for the Aggies (8-0). Zane Schmidt is batting .412 with two doubles, five RBIs and four runs, Will Frizzell is hitting .400 with two home runs, eight RBIs and six runs and Logan Sartori is hitting .400 with two home runs, seven RBIs and five runs. Bryce Blaum leads Texas A&M with 13 RBIs and Trevor Werner has 10.

Lefthander Dustin Saenz (1-0, 3.86 ERA) will take the mound for the Aggies, making his second start of the year. He has allowed five runs, three earned, on eight hits with nine strikeouts and two walks in seven innings.
