NEW ORLEANS, La. – The HBU men's and women's track & field teams will head to Tad Gormley Stadium located in New Orleans' City Park for the 2017 Southland Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships this Friday through Sunday, May 12-14.

The Huskies boast two of the top four times in the 800 meters this season, with Daniel Shelton second in the conference with a school-record time of 1:49.86 and Cody Hammonds fourth at 1:51.24.
