HBU leads the all-time series, 50-4, and won the only meeting last season, 14-6, at Husky Field.
HBU went 0-5 in the season-opening Sand Dollar Classic in Gulf Shores, Ala. Feb. 6-8. The Huskies lost to Jackson State and first-time opponents Florida Gulf Coast, Eastern Kentucky, Liberty, and Florida International.
Nicole Shedd leads the team with a .267 batting average, going 4-of-15 with a double, an RBI, and two runs scored.
Shay Orsak hit .222 with two runs scored an an RBI.
Victoria Granchelli hit the lone home run for the Huskies, coming Friday in the opener against FGCU, while
Libby Brown had a two-run double Saturday versus Liberty.

Laci Belovsky leads the staff with 14 strikeouts, as she has pitched half the innings.
Texas Southern (0-5) also went winless in its season-opening North Texas Tournament. The Lady Tigers fell to Seton Hall twice, Boise State twice, and the host Mean Green.
Thomasina Garza leads the Lady Tigers on the season with a .667 (6-for-9) batting average, as she has two of the team's four home runs, one double, three runs scored, and four RBIs. Chelsea Guenther is hitting .364 (4-for-11) with an RBI and a run scored.
TSU has used six pitchers, led by Lauren Rodriguez with a 1.62 ERA in two relief appearances. Madison Staton has a 2.10 ERA and leads the team with seven strikeouts.
After the game, HBU heads back on the road to compete in back-to-back tournaments: the Lion Classic II, held in Hammond, La., from Feb. 13-15, and the Samford Tournament, held in Birmingham, Ala., from Feb. 20-22.
