Sophomore Lexi Brooks finished fourth individually at the SHSU Bearkat Women's Invitational, leading the Huskies to a third-place team showing. Brooks fired a 2-under par 69 and followed with an even-par 71 Monday. She shot 77 for the final round Tuesday to finish at 3-over par 216 over the 54-hole event. Brooks played the par-5s at 1-under par and was tied for third in par-3 scoring at 1-over par. She leads the team with a 74.11 stroke average through three events.
