FRISCO, Texas – HCU women's basketball placed five student-athletes on the 2025-26 Academic All-Southland Conference team on Friday morning in an announcement made by the conference office.
Junior
Tove Caesar earns a spot after appearing in all 29 games, making 25 starts, and leading the team in assists. Fellow junior
Jordan Jackson started 23 of the 29 games she played in and ended the year ranked second on the squad in rebounds and blocked shots, third in scoring and fourth in assists.
Sophomore
Madison Hurta was recognized after her first year with the program in which she played in 28 games with 17 starts, averaging 6.5 ppg in SLC play.
Grace Booth, a sophomore, was included after leading the Huskies in both scoring (11.4 ppg) and rebounding (6.7 rpg). Freshman
Kamryn McLaurin rounds out the Huskies' honorees following an inaugural campaign that saw her average 10.3 ppg and lead the team with 46 steals.
