The HCU senior places 21st in the 800 meter NCAA semifinals

AUSTIN, Texas – Running in the first of three 800 meter heats at the 2023 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships at Mike A. Myers Stadium, HCU senior Jessica Rabius placed sixth in her heat and 21^st overall on Thursday night.

The eight runners in the heat stayed in a relatively close pack through the first 400 meters with a group of five runners pulling away over the final 200 with Rabius taking sixth in the heat with a time of 2:06.31.

Rabius closes out an outdoor season in which she established three new HCU records in the 800m, the 1500m and the 5000m.
