HOUSTON - HCU returns home to face 18th-ranked UT Martin in an FCS non-conference matchup Saturday at 2 p.m. at Husky Stadium. The game can be seen on ESPN+ with Garrett Jones and Jonathan Fleming.
 
Sophomore quarterback Justin Fomby has completed 163-of-179 passes for 1,484 yards, 11 touchdowns and eight interceptions for the Huskies (2-5). Freshman Ismail Mahdi has rushed for 334 yards nad a touchdown and caught 14 passes for 167 yards and two scores. Junior Karl Reynolds has 29 catches for 421 yards and five touchdowns, junior Vernon Harrell has 25 catches for 270 yards and junior Deon Cormier has 24 catches for 152 and a touchdown.
 
Sophomore linebacker Rodney Dansby leads the Southland Conference and ranks second in the nation with 11.4 tackles per game, while senior linebacker Brennan Young ranks third in the league and seventh nationally with 10.1 tackles per game. Junior Jalyx Hunt has 61 tackles, 7.0 sacks, nine quarterback hurries, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery. Senior safety Coi MIller leads the Huskies with three interceptions.
 
Dresser Winn has completed 159-of-255 passes for 2,062 yards, 13 touchdowns and three interceptions for the Skyhawks (4-3). Zak Wallace has rushed for 588 yards and 10 touchdowns, while Sam Franklin has rushed for 423 yards and six scores. Colton Dowell has 48 receptions for 693 yards and three touchdowns and DeVonte Tanksley has 38 catches for 549 yards and a touchdown. DJ Nelson has four touchdown catches and EJ Smoot has three.
 
John H. Ford II leads UTM with 72 tackles and has added 4.0 sacks and an interception, with Rob Hicks totaling 67 stops on the year. Daylan Dotson has 4.5 sacks and a 11 quarterback hurries and Shaun Lewis has four interceptions.
 
The Huskies return to Southland Conference play when they face UIW on the road Saturday, Nov. 5 in San Antonio.
