HOUSTON - HBU hosts Abilene Christian in a four-game Southland Conference series Friday through Sunday at Husky Field. Each game will be shown live with Russ Reneau on the Husky Sports Network, beginning 15 minutes before the first pitch.
 
Sophomore first baseman Brennen Bales is hitting .333 with five doubles, two triples, a home run, 14 RBIs and 14 runs, while junior second baseman Jake Miller is hitting .295 with six doubles, a home run, 13 RBIs and a team-leading 21 runs for the Huskies (10-28, 7-17 SLC). Freshman shortstop Sebastian Trinidad has four doubles, a triple and leads the team with 21 RBIs and senior rightfielder Brandon Bena has five doubles, three home runs and 17 RBIs and 14 runs.
 
HBU will likely start senior righthander Jacob Coats and sophomore righthanders Jared Burch and Daxton Tinker, with Sunday's starter to be determined.
 
Mitchell Dickson is hitting .370 with six doubles, three home runs, 35 RBIs and 36 runs for ACU (22-17, 13-11), while Colton Eager is hitting .360 with 14 doubles, nine home runs, a triple, 41 RBIs and 36 runs. Brett Hammit has eight doubles, seven home runs, two triples, 35 RBIs and 24 runs.
 
The Wildcats are expected to start righthanders Tyler Morgan and Genner Cervantes, lefthander Adam Stephenson and righthander Spencer Chirpich.
