Garrett Dolan made 13 tackles, while sophomore safety
La'Travien Gee made 10 tackles and added an interception at the end of the first half. Junior linebacker
Dorrin Turner was in on nine tackles.
Zach Conque completed 20-of-30 passes for 270 yards, three touchdowns and an interception for SFA (4-6, 4-4). Loren Easly rushed for 112 yards, while Jacol Whitaker rushed for 88 and Joshawa West rushed for 82 for the Lumberjacks. De'Quan Ruffin made three catches for 66 yards, Aaron Piper caught three for 57 yards and a touchdown, while Justic Liggins made four catches for 26 yards and a score.
Justin Owens led SFA with nine tackles, while John Franklin made five. Trevon Smith had four tackles and returned an interception for a touchdown.
SFA rushed for 343 yards and passed for 328 to total 671 yards of offense, while HBU rushed for 159 and passed for 163 for a total of 322 yards.
Judah Jones scored on a 10-yard pass from Conque to open the scoring for SFA. The Lumberjacks were driving again, but HBU cornerback
Tay Spann forced a fumble after West made a reception and senior defensive end
Josh Jones recovered for the Huskies. Staver then hit a wide open Ajdin for a 28-yard strike down the left hash to tie the game, 7-7.
Mason Juhl hit field goals of 38 and 39 yards early in the second quarter, then Liggins caught an eight-yard touchdown pass from Conque to put the Lumberjacks ahead, 20-7, with 4:10 remaining. The Huskies answered just before the half as senior
Travis Shinn made a 27-yard field goal with 47 ticks left to make the score 20-10 at halftime.
Conque scored from one yard out on SFA's opening drive of the second half, then HBU came back with a 42-yard field goal by Shinn. SFA then scored 28 unanswered points, as Conque ran up the left sideline for a 40-yard touchdown, then hit Piper for a 34-yard touchdown. Whitaker rushed for an eight-yard touchdown, before Smith's 32-yard interception return for a score made the score 55-13.
Staver scrambled and was injured after a targeting penalty, then Fleming found Barnett for a 28-yard touchdown to cap the scoring.
The Huskies wrap up the regular season at home, hosting Incarnate Word on Senior Day Saturday, Nov. 21 at 2 p.m. at Husky Stadium.
