2014: Jones played in all 11 games, including 10 starts, at defensive end as a junior…recorded 40 tackles (30 solo)…led the team with nine tackles for losses, totaling 48 yards…led the team and tied for seventh in the Southland Conference with 5.5 sacks for losses of 34 yards…led the team with two forced fumbles and two quarterback hurries…recorded a safety…had a pass breakup and a pass defensed…made a season-high six tackles against Stephen F. Austin (10/18) and Lamar (11/1)…had a sack for a safety against McMurry (9/6)…had a sack at Northern Colorado (9/13) and a sack for a 20-yard loss at Texas College (9/20).
 
Previous College: Jones played at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M for Coach Dale Patterson…earned Southwest Junior College League honorable mention as a sophomore…helped lead the Golden Norsemen to a conference championship in 2012.
