2016: Ajdin appeared in all 11 games as a junior…rushed 22 times for 77 yards…caught 12 passes for 162 yards and two touchdowns…rushed 12 times for 55 yards against Texas Southern (9/10), including all seven plays on the game’s final drive for 29 yards to run out the clock for a 24-20 victory…made two catches for for a season-high 47 yards, including a 43-yard reception, in a 27-24 overtime victory over Abilene Christian (9/17)...caught three passes for 36 yards and a touchdown against second-ranked Sam Houston State (9/24)…caught a 31-yard touchdown pass in a 24-17 victory at Lamar (10/29)…named to the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll with a 4.0 GPA...member of the HBU chapter of Chi Alpha Sigma, the national collegiate athlete honor society.

2015: Ajdin played in all 11 games, including four starts, as a sophomore…rushed one time for a one-yard touchdown…caught four passes for 58 yards and a TD…rushed for a TD and caught a 14-yard pass at Abilene Christian (9/19)…caught a 14-yard pass against Central Arkansas (10/10)…made a 28-yard TD reception at Stephen F. Austin (11/14).

2014: Appeared in all 11 games, including one start, as a freshman...made five catches for 26 yards, with a long of nine yards…Rushed one time for two yards…longest reception was nine yards at Texas College (9/20)…made two catches for 10 yards against Stephen F. Austin (10/18).

High School: Was a two-year letterwinner for Coach Tom Westerberg at Allen High School...helped lead the Eagles to a pair of state championships.

Personal: Full name is Mevlam Ajdin...born June 21, 1995, in Chicago...son of Jim and Esma Ajdin...has three sisters: Bionda, Mevla, and Hana...majoring in biology.
