HOUSTON – Due to inclement weather in the Midwest, the HBU baseball team will now play Kansas in a four-game series Friday through Sunday at QuikTrip Park in Grand Prairie, Texas.
 
The series will begin with a 1 p.m. start on Friday, followed by a noon doubleheader Saturday, then a single game at noon on Sunday. Kansas will be the home team in all four games. QuikTrip Park is the home field of the Grand Prairie Airhogs in the independent American Association.
 
The Huskies were originally scheduled to play in Kansas's Salty Iguana Classic Friday through Sunday in Lawrence, Kan., with two games against North Dakota and two games against the Jayhawks.
 
Following the weekend series, HBU will return home to host Texas Southern Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Husky Field.
