HOUSTON - Despite Houston being in a bit of a drought due to the heat, there is a green oasis being constructed on the HBU campus. Workers have been hard at it in completing Dunham Field, the future home of the inaugural HBU football team.

The Husky football team will hold its first practice at Dunham Field on Mon., Aug. 5. The Huskies' scrimmage will take place at Dunham Field on Sat., Aug. 24 at 7 pm.

The 2013 campaign - the inaugural season of HBU football - will feature three home games played at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory and one held at BBVA Compass Stadium. In 2014, the Huskies will play all home games on campus.
