MOBILE, Ala. - Houston Baptist hits the road for three of its next four, starting against South Alabama Sunday at 1:05 p.m. at the Mitchell Center in Mobile, Ala.

The Huskies (1-6) are led by senior guard Andrew Gonzalez, who leads the Great West in scoring with 21.2 points per game. Senior guard Michael Moss is averaging 10.1 points and leads the team with 27 assists. Junior forward Terry Bembry is HBU's top rebounder with 7.3 per game.

South Alabama (2-5) is led by Martino Brock, who averages 14.7 points per game, and Tim Williams, who averages 14.0 points per game. Augustine Rubit nearly averages a double-double with 10.0 points and 9.4 rebounds per game.

HBU is coming off its first win of the season, an 88-81 decision over Texas State. Gonzalez led the Huskies with 27 points, seven rebounds and five steals. South Alabama lost at Louisville, 97-70, Saturday and has dropped four straight.

The Jaguars won last year's meeting against the Huskies in the season opener, 76-64, at Rice's tournament at Tudor Fieldhouse. South Alabama leads the all-time series, 3-0.
