2009-10 (Junior): Named Great West Conference Newcomer of the Year and earned first-team all-conference honors while leading the league in scoring...averaged 18.9 points per game, tied for the 13th-highest mark in the 45-year history of HBU basketball...appeared in 32 games, including 29 starts, and averaged a team-leading 33.9 minutes per game...ranked second on the team and fifth in the conference with 5.8 rebounds per contest...ranked seventh in the conference with a .455 field-goal percentage and fifth with a .809 free-throw percentage...scored a career-high 32 points on 14-of-28 shooting and pulled down a career-high 16 rebounds at South Dakota (3/6)...scored at least 30 points on three other occasions, with 31 point efforts at North Dakota (3/4) and at NJIT (2/18), and a 30-point performance against Fairleigh Dickinson...scored in double figures in 25 games and scored at least 20 points in 16 games...In addition to the 32-point, 16-rebound effort at South Dakota, posted three other double-doubles: 21 points and 11 rebounds at Chicago State (1/14), 24 points and 13 rebounds against North Dakota (1/30) and 31 points and 11 rebounds at North Dakota (3/4).
PREVIOUS COLLEGE: Averaged 11 points and 4.6 rebounds per game during his sophomore year playing under coach Scott Gernander…helped lead San Jacinto to the quarterfinals of the Region XIV tournament…shot 48.8 percent from the floor and was 36-117 (30.8 percent) from 3-point range.
HIGH SCHOOL: Named District MVP and First Team All-District playing for former Husky Jorge Negron…earned All-Greater Houston and All-Region honors…averaged 25 points per game and eight rebounds as a senior.
