HOUSTON - Houston Baptist looks for its first win of the season as it hosts UT-Arlington in non-conference play and the home opener for the Huskies Saturday at 7:35 p.m. at Sharp Gym.

The Huskies (0-2) welcome back to the lineup leading scorer senior guard Andrew Gonzalez, who missed Monday night's 87-78 loss to Northwestern State, because he was not medically cleared to play.

Sophomore guard Miles Dixon averges 15.0 points per game, while senior guard Michael Moss averages 11.0 points per game. Junior forward Terry Bembry is the Huskies' leading rebounder with 9.5 per game and had a double-double Monday with 15 points and 13 boards.

UT-Arlington (2-1) has four players averaging in double figures, led by LaMarcus Reed with 15.7 points per game to go with 7.0 rebounds. Darius Richardson and Armani Williams each average 12.0 points per game, and Brandon Edwards averages 10.0 points and leads the Mavericks with 8.3 rebounds per contest.

HBU returns to action as it travels to the Carrs Safeway Great Alaska Shoout Thursday through Saturday in Anchorage, Alaska. The Huskies open with Arizona State Thanksgiving night at 8.
