Senior pitcher Taylor Wright went the distance against Central Arkansas to pick up both the first complete game and Southland Conference win of his career in the series opener on Friday. The native of Habersham, Ga., logged a career-high nine strikeouts in limiting the Bears to a .161 batting average and just one run. Wright scattered five hits and two walks on 116 pitches and 33 batters faced. With the win, he is now 4-2 on the season with a 2.27 ERA.
