Whitt ran a stellar lead-off 1200-meter leg on the women's Distance Medley Relay to set up the Huskies, and Bria Guerin, Jamie Whitt, and Hiba Kreidie followed with strong efforts as the quartet knocked almost 10 seconds off the previous school record with a 12:14.05 to place second behind SMU. Whitt came back Saturday to take second in the women's 800, finishing as the first collegian with a Great West-leading 2:16.49. Whitt was named GWC Runner of the Week for her efforts.
