The Aggies enter Tuesday's contest after a tough SEC road series at No. 22 Vanderbilt, where they dropped all three games by scores of 5-3, 3-1, and 8-5. Despite the losses, Texas A&M's pitching staff has remained one of the nation's best, ranking ninth in ERA (3.31) while also sitting ninth in walks allowed per nine innings (3.12) and 16th in WHIP (1.22).
