Anna Briseno nets her first career goal

SAN ANTONIO, Texas – In the final non-conference game of the season on Sunday afternoon at the UTSA Park West Athletics Complex, the HBU women's soccer team played to a 1-1 draw against the host Roadrunners.

Facing a UTSA (5-2-1) team whose only two losses to this point in the season have come against Big 12 opponents, the Huskies (0-5-2) struck first for an early lead. HBU earned a corner kick in the 16th minute and off the corner, Mia Salas lofted the ball into the six-yard box and junior Anna Briseno found the net with a header for her first career goal.
