FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. – The HBU volleyball team dropped their first match of the 2015 season, falling 3-0 (19-25, 12-25, 18-25) at Northern Arizona on Friday night inside the Rolle Activity Center.
Playing their first match of the Lumberjack Classic, the Huskies (4-1) were limited to a .054 attack percentage, while NAU (3-1) turned in a .350 clip.

Hailey Erickson turned in a nine-dig performance on the back line to tie her season-high.
HBU held serve early in the opening set, taking a 3-0 lead, before the 'Jacks were able to claim the advantage at 6-5. Followed with a 4-1 spurt by NAU, the Huskies were only able to pull within four points the rest of the way in dropping their first set of the season 25-19.
The 'Jacks then limited HBU to a -.100 attack in the second set to take a 25-12 win and 2-0 lead into the break. The Huskies fell 25-18 in the third set to close the match in straight sets.
HBU will have two opportunities to bounce back on Saturday. The Huskies will play Loyola Marymount at 12 p.m., followed by a 7 p.m. match against Liberty.
