2016 (Junior): Gillard earned All-Southland Conference Second-Team and Southland Academic All-Conference Second-Team honors … set the Southland Conference single-season rally scoring record with 168 total blocks (18 solo/150 assists) … ranked second in the league with 1.31 blocks per set … appeared in all 33 matches, with 32 starts, and played in all but two sets for a total of 128 … recorded 256 kills (2.00 per set), 62 digs and 12 aces … posted 11 double-digit kill and three double-digit block performances … notched five-plus blocks 15 times … recorded a career-high 17 kills and added nine blocks at Southeastern Louisiana (9/24) … hit .519 with 16 kills and seven blocks at Incarnate Word (10/15) … hit .524 and posted 14 kills in a win over San Jose State (9/10), which clinched the Flo Hyman Collegiate Classic title … named Southland Conference Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 5 after averaging 1.87 blocks per set in helping the Huskies to the team title at the Barcelona Labor Day Classic … broke the HBU record for blocks in a five-set match with 13 against Incarnate Word (11/10) … posted 11 blocks, the second-most a four-set match in HBU history, against Northwestern State (10/6) … had nine kills and 10 blocks against Lamar (10/1) … notched 10 kills and nine blocks at McNeese (10/20) … named to the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Fall Honor Roll.
 
2015 (Sophomore): Voted to the Southland Conference All-Tournament Team … appeared in 122 sets across 33 matches, making 32 starts … finished second on the team with 128 blocks (23 solo, 105 assisted), averaging 1.05 per set, third in service aces with 25, averaging 0.20 per set, and fourth on the team with 234 kills, averaging 1.92 per set … also totaled 51 digs and 13 assists … recorded .230 attack percentage … recorded double-figure kills seven times, including a career-high 17 kills against Stephen F. Austin (11/20) in the Southland Conference Tournament quarterfinals … season-high nine blocks against Southeastern Louisiana (9/26) … helped team to a runner-up finish in the Southland Conference Tournament.
 
2014 (Freshman): Appeared in 88 sets across 29 matches, making 25 starts … ranked second on the team and fifth in the league with 1.06 blocks per set, sitting seventh in conference play at 1.04 … recorded 120 kills and 93 blocks (nine solo, 84 assisted) … added 13 digs and two assists … recorded a .203 attack percentage … made collegiate debut with one block assist in one set played against Northern Arizona (8/29) … made first start with one kill and one block assist against Chattanooga (8/30) … recorded a season-high nine kills at Abilene Christian (10/16) and nine blocks against Nicholls (10/25), before closing the season with a nine-kill, nine-block effort against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (11/21) in the Southland Conference Tournament quarterfinals.
