Jessica Wooten recorded a match-high of 15 kills for the Huskies in their 3-1 (25-17, 25-6, 20-25, 25-11) victory over the Panthers Tuesday evening at the William Nicks Building.

Bailey Keith had 13 kills against Prairie View, while senior outside hitter

Haley Hoffman tied for a match-high of 16 digs for the Huskies.
Lenicia Tyson recorded 11 kills for the Panthers. Ana Kiso led Prairie View with 30 assists. LaKeisha Allen tied for a match-high of 16 digs, while Jasmine Lewis recorded 11 digs for the Panthers.
The Huskies outblocked the Panthers 10-4. HBU also outhit Prairie View A&M 54 kills to 40. The Huskies outdug the Panthers by only one dig.
The Huskies will be heading to Colorado Springs, Colo. for the Air Force Tournament. They will first play Weber State on Sept. 5 at 6 p.m. They will continue to play Air Force on Sept. 6, followed by a match against Marist later that evening to conclude the tournament.
