Colter Lasher leads the Huskies (3-2), averaging 12.6 points and 4.6 rebounds per game, while junior guard
Anthony Odunsi averages 11.5 points per game and leads HBU in assists. Freshman center
Josh Ibarra leads the Huskies in rebounding with 7.3 per game and is tied for fourth nationally with 4.0 blocked shots per game. Senior center
Ricmonds Vilde averages 7.0 points and 5.8 boards per contest and sophomore forward
Reveal Chukwujekwu is shooting 65.2 percent from the field.
Kruize Pinkins leads the Dons (4-3) with 15.9 points and 6.6 rebounds per game, while Mark Tollefsen averages 14.4 points and 5.4 rebounds per game. Tim Derksen adds 12.0 points and 5.6 rebounds, and Matt Glover chips in with 7.6 points and 6.3 rebounds per game.
HBU is coming off a 58-55 victory over crosstown rival Rice Wednesday on the road. Lasher had 16 points, while Odunsi had nine and Vilde and Chukwujekwu each had eight. USF fell to Colorado, 72-55, Wednesday in Boulder. Tollefsen had 12 points for the Dons, Matt Christiansen had 10 off the bench, and Pinkins and Chris Adams had nine apiece.
Sunday's game marks the first meeting between the two schools.
The Huskies return to action when they host Arlington Baptist Saturday, Dec. 13 at 7 p.m. at Sharp Gym.
