Natalie Hager led HBU (2-6-3 overall, 1-1-2 SLC) with three shots and two shots on goal.
Connor Ryder's lone shot attempt hit the target.
Patty Walrath took the loss in goal as she made six saves and allowed two goals.
Chelsea Raymond had a three-point night for SFA (7-2-1 overall, 3-0-0 SLC), with a goal and an assist. She took a match-high six shots. Amanda Doyle scored the Ladyjacks' other goal. Morgan Glick earned the shutout win as she made three saves.
Raymond put SFA ahead just five minutes into the match, assisted by Zuri Prince. Prince sent a long pass up the middle to Raymond, who scored far-side.
SFA outshot the Huskies in the first half, 10-4, while the Huskies doubled up SFA in corner kicks, 4-2.
SFA struck quickly in the second half, this time 2:21 into the period, as Doyle scored, assisted by Raymond and Hanna Barker. Barker found Raymond, who sent a pass up the left side to Doyle, who scored deep in the box far-side.
The Ladyjacks outshot the Huskies, 8-4, in the second half, and 18-8 in the match. Corner kicks were 5-4 in favor of HBU.
The Huskies will look to regroup when they host McNeese State Sunday at 1 pm at Sorrels Field.
