COLLEGE STATION, Texas - Houston Baptist travels to face Texas A&M Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at Reed Arena in College Station, Texas. The game will be televised live on Fox Sport Southwest, and the Huskies' audio broadcast with Lonnie King presented by Legacy Sports Network is available on HBUHuskies.com.
 
Senior forward Art Bernardi leads the Huskies (4-9) with 13.7 points and 5.5 rebounds per game. Sophomore guard Tyler Russell averages 12.6 points per game and leads the team with 35 assists.
 
Texas A&M (9-3) is led by Elston Turner, who averages 15.4 points per game, while Ray Turner averages 11.8 points and leads the Aggies with 6.6 rebounds per game. Fabyon Harris adds 9.6 points per game and Kourtney Roberson pulls down 6.3 boards per game.
 
Texas A&M leads the all-time series against HBU, 8-0. The Aggies won the last meeting, 79-67, on Dec. 7, 1988 in College Station.
 
The Huskies return home to host UT-Pan American in the Great West Conference opener Tuesday at 7:05 p.m. at Sharp Gym, before playing four straight on the road.
