HOUSTON - Houston Baptist hosts Middle Tennessee in a non-conference matchup Tuesday at 7:35 p.m. at Sharp Gym.

Senior guard Andrew Gonzalez has the eighth-highest scoring average in the nation with 23.0 points per game, which also leads the Great West Conference. Gonzalez has scored 20 or more points in each of the Huskies' last eight games. Junior forward Terry Bembry averages 9.0 points per game and leads HBU (3-22) with 6.7 rebounds per game. Senior guard Michael Moss averages 8.8 points per game, ranks second in the conference with 4.2 assists per game and has one of the top 10 steals per game averages in the country with 2.7. Moss has at least one steal in every game this season, giving him a streak of 26 straight games dating back to last year.

James Washington leads Middle Tennessee (14-14) with 13.9 points per game and 76 assists, while Jason Jones averages 13.6 points per game. Trevor Ottley leads the team with 5.3 rebounds per game.
