SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Houston Baptist University junior
Kelsey Lou-Hing fired a 78 to tie for seventh with a 54-hole total of 230 – her third-straight top-10 finish – and lead the Huskies to a third place finish at the Missouri State/Payne Stewart Memorial Tuesday at the 6,079-yard, par-72 Rivercut Golf Club.

Alexandra Hopson shot an 83 and tied for 18
th with a total of 235, while Sophomore
Jenny Kang finished 22
nd with an 80 for total of 237. Senior
Paige Gibson carded the Huskies' lowest round of the day with a 77 and tied for 29
th at 241. Sophomore
Jessica Ngui shot an 85 and finished 38
th at 246.
Missouri State captured the team title with a total of 909, 17 strokes ahead of UMKC and 30 strokes ahead of HBU. The Huskies finished eight strokes better than Indiana State and 12 ahead of Drury. Missouri State's Hermine Greyling defeated Indiana State's McCall Christopher and Creighton's Celeste Gassman on the first playoff hole, after each finished the tournament at 225.
The Huskies have completed their fall portion of the season and will return to action at the Claud Jacobs Texas State Challenge at Victoria Country Club in Victoria, Texas.
