Senior Kaitlin Smith finished 27th overall at the NCAA West Prelims in the 400-meter hurdles, breaking her own school record with a time of 59.26. The Wailuku, Hawai'i, native also finished 36th in the 100-meter hurdles, clocking in at 13.72.
