Junior guard Ian DuBose averaged 32.0 points and 6.5 rebounds per game as the Huskies split a pair of conference games. In Thursday's 111-107 overtime victory against Central Arkansas, the Durham, North Carolina, native poured in a career-high 44 points with 11 rebounds, four assists and four steals. He shot 15-of-23 from the floor and 12-of-16 from the free-throw line in recording the most points in school history in an NCAA Division I game and the fourth-most overall. In Sunday's loss at Northwestern State, DuBose scored 20 points. For his efforts, he was named Southland Conference Player of the Week.
