Junior pitcher Jessica Patak went 1-1 with a 0.71 ERA, eight strikeouts and two walks against regular-season conference champion Stephen F. Austin. The White Oak, Texas, native hurled 11.0 innings, allowing one run on nine hits with four strikeouts and two walks in Friday's 3-1 victory over the Ladyjacks. In Saturday's 1-0, extra inning loss, Patak allowed one run on six hits and struck out four with no walks in 8.2 innings.
