Freshman forward Sabriah Spencer had a huge weekend, scoring three goals and tallying both game winners, as the Huskies defeated conference rivals Southeastern Louisiana 1-0 in overtime Friday and Nicholls 3-1 on Sunday. She headed the ball off a corner kick four minutes into overtime to knock off the then-SLC's top team in SLU, then registered her second 2-goal game of the season Sunday, scoring the game's first two goals. For her efforts, she was named Southland Conference Offensive Player of the Week. On the season, Spencer is fourth in the SLC with 12 points and six goals. In conference matches, she is tied for second with four goals and eight points.
