Junior forward Anna Strickland recorded her first double-double of the season as she had a game-high 18 rebounds and tied the game high of 17 points in the Huskies' win over Huston-Tillotson. Strickland had a double-double at halftime, with half-highs of 11 points and 11 boards. She finished the game with a career-high six assists, one steal, and tied her career mark of four blocks in 28 minutes. She was named College Sports Madness SLC Women's Basketball Player of the Week and Southland Conference Player of the Week for her efforts.
