Senior Rachel Mulkey fired a 1-under-par 70 to climb six spots and finish tied for 9th overall with a score of 220 at the Golfweek Program Challenge Tuesday. She either birdied or parred 17 of the 18 holes in the final round, helping the Huskies to a fourth-place finish.
