Stanley shot a 219 to finish in a tie for sixth place individually to lead the Huskies to a seventh-place finish at the Southland Conference Championships last week in McKinney, Texas. He shot a 74 in the first round, a 72 in the second, and a 73 in the final round to finish three-over par. On the season, the junior had five top-10 finishes, including a win at the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational in September. It was his first collegiate tournament win, as he shot a tournament-low 69 in the final round towards a six-under par for the tournament. Stanley had a stroke average of 72.61 in 12 tournaments this season. He was named First Team All-Conference.
