Bernardi led HBU to a win over conference-leading NJIT on Saturday, going 7-for-17 from the field, including 2-for-5 from behind the arc, and 6-for-8 from the free throw line to score 22 points. He also pulled down 12 rebounds and had an assist, a block, and a steal. He has scored at least 20 points in each of the last four games, giving him seven 20-point performances this year, and has recorded a double-double in three of the last four games. He earned his second-straight Great West Conference Player of the Week award for his efforts. Bernardi ranks second in the conference in scoring with 14.8 ppg and fourth in rebounding with 6.4 rpg.
