Cruz scored his second goal in as many matches in a tough 3-2 loss at San Diego State on Sept. 7...his goal was the second goal for the Huskies and came in the 74th minute, setting off a dramatic final 16 minutes as the Huskies tried to get the equalizer...he concluded the Courtyard Marriott SD Central Soccer Tournament tying for the team lead of three shots and two on goal in a 2-0 loss to San Diego on Sept. 9...Cruz, who redshirt last season, is tied for the team lead with two goals and and tied for second with four points.
